My Real Estate Thoughts
I am still a licensed real estate agent in Wisconsin and my license expires on 12/14/2012 unless I renew at that time. I have taken a leave from active real estate and will be working on a referral basis only. I would be happy to discuss any questions you may have about purchasing or selling property in the Hayward Lakes area. my intention is to give the markets some time to come back to reality. There is a bountiful inventory of properties for sale and many more that have expired or been withdraw by the owners in disgust with the lack of committed buyers. I really feel that there is an overwhelming pent up demand just waiting to be unleashed by a solid turnaround in the economy. Buyers have been looking, a lot, but are hesitant to make a positive move until they know that their financial positions will not deteriorate.
It is my intention to remain somewhat involved in real estate while I pursue other endeavors to actually earn a living for a while. If You should know of an opening for someone well experienced in both production planning and scheduling as well as real estate please let me know.
